In a time where we’re inundated with multiplayer chaos (see ARC Raiders, Dead by Daylight, and many more), it’s becoming increasingly difficult for some games to stand out in the crowd. For some reason, I don’t think that’s going to be a problem for PICOMY’s upcoming 3v1 Bandit Trap, a game centred around the premise of protecting your house from robbers (bandits). All sounds a little like Kevin in Home Alone, right?

Straight from PICOMY:

Hide your loot and watch your step! PM Studios and developer PICOMY are thrilled to announce that Bandit Trap, the wild and whacky 3-vs-1 multiplayer showdown, is coming to PC and consoles on February 6, 2026. Eager to jump into the fun ahead of February? Sign up to dive into the chaos early with two public betas running November 27-30 and December 5-7, for which registration is now open here.

In Bandit Trap, players take on the role of either scheming Bandit or intrepid Trapper. One cunning Trapper is pitted against three Bandits, who are poised to steal a variety of treasures from the home of the Trapper. Will the Trapper outsmart the thieves invading their home, or will the Bandits make a daring escape with their collected treasures before the Trapper can fend them off?

Every match makes for an unpredictable and comedic competition: smash through walls, flood rooms, or even freeze entire house floors in the pursuit of victory. Trappers can unleash creative contraptions to fling or flatten Bandits, whilst the Bandits bob and weave through the chaos to nab loot and escape in one piece. With destructible environments and dynamic gameplay, no two matches will ever be the same.

Key Features of Bandit Trap:

  • 3-vs-1 Multiplayer Mayhem: Team up as three bandits or play as the Trapper to defend your home.
  • Creative Traps: Use physics-driven traps and clever tactics to outwit your opponents.
  • Dynamic Environments: No single match will ever be the same, with dynamic and destructible levels allowing you to bust down walls, flood rooms, and so much more.
  • Family-Friendly Fun: Designed for players of all ages, offering chaotic action and laughs for everyone.

As above, not only is the game releasing imminently, but we still have not one, but two Beta tests to sink our teeth into, so if you’re on the fence with whether you think this may or may not be for you, at least you’ve got time and opportunity to give Bandit Trap a real go.

Bandit Trap will release on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC on February 26th, 2026.
