Necrophosis: Full Consciousness Physical and Digital Editions Announced for PlayStation and Xbox, Along With Other Goodies

During the recent IGN Fan Fest that took place on February 25th, an announcement trailer for Necrophosis: Full Consciousness was revealed, announcing that the game will be making its way onto PlayStation 5s and Xbox Series X/S for players to experience later this year.

For those who aren’t familiar with Necrophosis, it is a first-person psychological horror adventure that delves deep into Lovecraftian horrors as the player solves various puzzles and explores a dark and twisted world full of corpses, brains, and general ickiness.

Necrophosis: Full Consciousness Will be Released With More Than Just the Base Game, Especially for PlayStation 5 Owners

Necrophosis has been active on PC for over a year now, with players exploring the dark and twisted world within, solving its mysteries while being grossed out by the Lovecraftian horrors that lurked within, but now players on consoles will also be able to jump into these horrors later this year as Necrophosis: Full Consciousness.

During IGN Fan Fest, a lot was revealed regarding Necrophosis: Full Consciousness, both in terms of gameplay for those who aren’t aware of the game, so that they can see all the haunting situations they will get themselves into, and what will be arriving upon release for those willing to delve into this unique world.

Although the announcement of Necrophosis coming to consoles was already a big announcement on its own, players should also expect the Subconsciousness DLC to also arrive upon release; however, this DLC will require gamers to purchase the complete edition of Necrophosis: Full Consciousness to bundle both the main game and the DLC together.

Even though this is already a lot of good news for those who are looking for a creepy experience, those who are looking to purchase Necrophosis: Full Consciousness on PlayStation 5 should also look out for the physical edition of the game, as it has also been announced that physical editions will also feature a second game from the developer Dragonis Games known as The Shore.

Although the trailer did reveal a lot of information regarding Necrophosis‘s move to consoles, it sadly hasn’t been accompanied by a more specific release window than simply releasing this year.
