I am glad to announce that ENDIX, the online expo, has finally arrived for the first time this year, as gamers from around the world are now able to log in and enjoy this online expo in a completely unique and fun way, as they discover all sorts of games from a plethora of developers. However, this opportunity will not last long.
ENDIX Brings the Expo To You in The Comfort of Your Own Home
For those who are not aware of what ENDIX is, it is an expo for video games, both large and small, that showcases games from indie developers and even some larger devs like THQ Nordic, but instead of just releasing a video on YouTube or posting some images on the internet, ENDIX does something rather unique and allows players to visit a virtual world instead.
What makes ENDIX so unique is that the team behind it has worked hard to create a virtual world for ENDIX that allows players to walk around its video game world in order to see what the future of the gaming industry has in store for them.
Not only are games allowed to explore this world and check out the amazing trailers for upcoming games, but they are also able to meet new people within ENDIX as well; whether it be other gamers, the developers of some of these games, or even some press and content creators. There are hundreds of people you can meet during the showcase and talk to.
This is something that allows ENDIX to be a unique experience that won’t break the bank in terms of traveling or paying out for tickets, but instead, gamers are able to explore a free-to-play game and chat it up with up-and-coming devs and other people within the gaming industry about the future of the industry and the amazing games that have made their way into ENDIX.
In terms of the exhibits that ENDIX provides, they are a sight to see for those who have never been before, as each video game has its own rooms and locations within ENDIX that are crafted by its developers in order to help showcase their work in the most unique way. This is something that only an event like ENDIX can do in such an impressive way, with it only being online, which not only showcases the trailers for these games but also emphasizes the world these games inhabit through their exhibition rooms.
Along with the exhibitions within ENDIX, there are also some additional features and locations hidden within the event space as well, such as the press section, the various minigames hidden within, and even a large city to explore. However, the main event of ENDIX takes place in the exhibition center on the waterfront.
To make ENDIX even more accessible for the gaming community this year, the creators have worked tirelessly to get ENDIX accepted onto Steam, as well, allowing even more gamers to access the event rather than having to find the event through its website, which is a big positive for ENDIX!
For those who are looking to enter ENDIX and enjoy this experience, ENDIX is currently available to download on Steam, but will only last the weekend of 23rd May to 24th May, so join in whilst you can!
