Battlefield 6 is going hard on its return after the last game in the series proved to be a disaster. Battlefield 2042 was fun, though, but the absence of a campaign was something that bugged the fans. Also, there were bugs in it, though the developers took that into account and made good efforts to keep the game playable until they could. Now it’s already a thing of the past, and we are looking forward to the next game in the franchise. Recently, the game’s footage came to light, showing how advanced the environmental destruction has become in the long-running series, in a now DMCAed video, deleted from YouTube.
Battlefield‘s environmental destruction is one feature fans look forward to, as that gives the game more authenticity and allows gamers to feel more in terms of real warfare, which is, of course, daunting if you’ve been reading about global news. The game’s footage is indicating that we might see the long-running game return to its former glory, hoping that the creators are more into gameplay and story rather than microtransactions.
Battlefield 6 Footage is a Proper War Madness

The graphics of the game are already great and might come in more polished when it finally arrives. But just look at the way destruction is done in it. The video simply opens with a banger, literally, and blows up a part of an entire building. By the looks of those yellowish walls, we say this is something sort of a Middle East setting. Talking about explosions on the ground, players will notice they leave craters like in past Battlefield games.
Grenades also appear to have a profound impact, as around the 3:00 minute mark, the player uses one, which then leads to this small chain reaction where the grenade explodes, triggering some fire, which eventually takes down the entire front portion of the building. The entire video explores environmental destruction only.
While it is good that they are bringing us that good old environmental destruction back, it will take more than that for the game to bring its users back to the franchise after a few lackluster entries over the years.
