The gaming community had fond memories playing Red Dead Redemption 2 for several reasons. Many fell in love with the characters and story, while some enjoyed the creativity and freedom this game can bring. From the immersive open-world to the realistic wildlife and NPC reactions, Rockstar Games spared no expense in making its biggest project yet.

Fans spent years exploring America in 1899 and have uncovered some secrets that impressed the developers, but there are some that are tied to specific locations. The Red Dead Redemption prequel is nearly a decade old, but one player believed there are more easter eggs to uncover, and there is one that could trigger a funny reaction from the locals.

As soon as you complete the first chapter up at Colter, Arthur and the gang descend safely to Horseshoe Overlook. Rather than completing the first few main missions, this is where the fun begins. Hop on your horse and ride towards Rhodes, a nearby town with simple folk. The town has been plagued by a long feud between two rival families, and you can linger long enough to learn more about the lore.

Alternatively, spend the night and let your intrusive thoughts win by ringing the bell in front of the train station. In real life, a loud bell would get a certain reaction from people, especially at night, and Rockstar Games made sure Red Dead Redemption 2 delivered on its promise of hyperrealism.

Travel to Rhodes at night and fire some arrows to ring the bell. It can take a while, but this mischievous act will trigger some funny lines from the locals. If this were the level of attention to detail that fans had with this game, then the wait for GTA 6 might be all worth it. Rockstar Games has taken its sweet time to perfect its games, and the result is worth it.
