Have you been playing Lost Records: Bloom & Rage and been wondering how to get the Heartbreaker achievement? Well, good news, as we have brought together a guide explaining just where to find Corey and Dylan’s love padlock, how to find the code for Corey and Dylan’s love padlock, and how to input the code for Corey and Dylan’s love padlock.
If you’re here by accident and you’re looking for padlock puzzle solution for the cabin, look here.
Where to Find Corey and Dylan’s Love Padlock

As you explore through chapter 10 of Lost Records: Bloom and Rage Tape One, you will find a fence at the end of the deer ranch. On this fence, you will find dozens of locks that have been placed there by the locals with their names written on them to show their eternal love.
One of these locks belongs to Corey and Dylan, Kat’s sister and her boyfriend, and is quite simple to find. As you approach the fence, you will notice a toolbox on the floor, which is just a piece of scenery that you can investigate; however, just above this toolbox on the fence is Corey and Dylan’s love padlock, which you can interact with.
Unfortunately, you sadly won’t have come across the code for this padlock as of yet in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, meaning that you will sadly have to return to this location later or simply attempt to brute force the lock. Understandably, we do not recommend this as there are too many possible combinations to try and so little time to try them in.
Sadly, the only course of action is to continue forward within the story of the game until you naturally come across the code for the padlock in a later chapter, and then return using the handy ‘Replay a Scene’ option in the main menu.
Where to Find the Combination for Corey and Dylan’s Love Padlock

To find the combination for Corey and Dylan’s love Padlock, players must wait until they reach the final chapter within Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape One , when they reach the bar looking for an extension cord.
Once you have arrived at this location, you will be able to find Corey’s bike with a bag on the rear of the seat. Once you look inside this bag, there are plenty of different documents you can look through to find more information regarding Corey, as well as the code to the bar, but what you are looking for is a Polaroid of Corey and Dylan in the bag.
Once you find this picture, you will need to inspect it to see the date that is written on the Polaroid itself. The date in question is August 27th, 1994, which is Corey and Dylan’s anniversary.
What is the Code for Corey and Dylan’s Padlock and How Can the Lock be Opened?

As stated above, written on the Polaroid of Corey and Dylan, the date August 27th, 1994, is written clear as day; now understandably, the code 1994 would be too simple of a code, meaning that the code for the love padlock is 0827.
Now that you have the code, you will have two options to allow you to unlock Corey and Dylan’s love padlock. One way is by replaying the scene “Lights, Camera, Action!” and progressing to the love padlock fence and unlocking it that way; however, this does mean that you will lose your game progress and will likely have to play through the game once again.
The second option is to replay the scene through the collections mode, which allows you to quickly return to this moment without the risk of losing your precious save file.
Although this isn’t a hard achievement to get, it does require patience and the willingness to replay the scene, which overall isn’t a big issue, but for those looking to complete the game in its entirety, this is a key step towards that.
