When you take into consideration that Like a Dragon games are historically very long affairs, with hours of cutscenes taking up your time, and the many, many substories (sidequests) the game throws at you, then you know you’re in for the long haul.

Main Story25 Hours
Main + Extras50 Hours
Platinum Trophy/All Achievements60 Hours

The main story of Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii is no short affair, coming in at 25 hours alone (RGG consider this a quick story!), with Goro Majima desperate to find who he is beyond being a member of the Yakuza (and naturally that means becoming a pirate captain). You could make this quicker if you chose to skip every cutscene, but you’ll be missing out on one of the best Like a Dragon stories in the franchise.

As already mentioned, the game is rife with minigames, many of which you have to play, and some of which you have to master on your way to getting the platinum trophy/all achievements in Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. From the bounties, to the treasure hunting and Devil Flags; the substories, and everything in between, the extras will double your time, and the platinum/all achievements will add another ten additional hours to that as well.
