Sniper Elite: Resistance: How Long Does it Take to Beat?

Sniper Elite: Resistance is the latest entry in Rebellion’s liver-shredding, brain-popping sniping franchise, and it doesn’t look to be slowing down or easing up at all. It may deviate from the established character of Karl Fairburne with a new protagonist, the experience remains largely the same as previous entries, but how long does it take to beat Sniper Elite: Resistance?

How Long Does it Take to Beat Sniper Elite: Resistance?

Sniper Elite: Resistance offers a range of different modes to partake in and playthrough, from a campaign (playable both co-op and single-player), a challenge mode that forces you to complete different objectives, usually with time constraints, a horde-like Survival mode that’ll test your defensive abilities, as well as some standard multiplayer fare. That is to say, there’s a lot on offer here.

Main + Extras30 Hours
Platinum Trophy/All Achievements35 Hours

The vast majority of your time with Sniper Elite: Resistance will be spent during the campaign, largely due to the sheer amount of collectibles you’ll need to find. From personal letters to Stone Eagles, there are a lot of items to uncover, and with the size of the maps, you’ll be searching for some time. Thankfully, any collectibles found when playing with a friend count for both of you, with the exception of the weapon workbenches, so bear that in mind if you enlist a friend to help you.

When you throw in playthroughs of the Challenges, multiplayer modes, and Survival Mode, the extra five hours to fully complete everything will make sense, as well.

The majority of the achievements/trophies will be gained from your time in the campaign, collecting said items, ranking up, and killing enemies in a variety of ways. For those completionists among us, it’s not the most difficult to get everything on, it’s just a little time-consuming.

During my Sniper Elite: Resistance review I mentioned the size of the nine levels and how it was a major plus for the game, from a variety and multiple approach point of view. Unfortunately, with regards to completing the entire game point of view, it’s quite the opposite, with it adding to your time. Thankfully, shooting Nazis doesn’t get boring.

Sniper Elite: Resistance releases on 30th January 2025 and is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
