One click and you're done. Thank you!
In Chapter 3 of Valor Mortis, you’ll find a way to get a powerful shotgun called the Blunderbuss. To begin, you need to get to the fast travel point called Fields, inside the Fallen Village, where all of Chapter III takes place. The Blunderbuss is one of the deadliest weapons in the game, with 210 base damage. If you haven’t found it yet, don’t worry, we can walk you through everything in this guide, and by the end, you’ll have found the Blunderbuss Shotgun and be able to wield it in Valor Mortis.
How to Get the Blunderbuss Shotgun in Valor Mortis

In this particular area, at the Fields rest spot, you’ll be surrounded by enemies all over the place. So, at first, it won’t be easy. Also, near a barn, going through the tall grass, you’ll encounter a scarecrow that will trigger a side quest known as The Scarecrow.
However, the path toward the blunderbuss goes through the barn. Enter the area and head upward and to the right. Note that you’ll encounter a couple of jump scares here and there. But after making a U-turn in the upper part of the barn, you’ll finally reach an exit at the back.
In this area, you’ll need to head to the right. Be prepared to confront a tonne of enemies, as well as exploding corpses hiding all over the place. Be careful, because these corpses can harm you in addition to being used as explosives. Thanks to the tall grass, you won’t be able to see every enemy coming after you, so just be prepared.
Making Detours and Unlocking Future Shortcuts

After making it out of the barn, you can choose to go right and defeat enemies, but you can also clear the area to create shortcuts toward the fast travel points and even complete side quests. There is a big house to the left that can help you with that. As you continue along the right path, you’ll face big enemies that will direct you away from opening the gates to clear the way toward the waggon where the shotgun is waiting.
Instead, you will have to take a relatively large detour to the left behind the large enemy and follow another long detour through another farm and even a small house before reaching another location connected to a side quest known as The Lullaby, before reaching the wagon you need for the blunderbuss
It’s very important to keep moving and avoid getting swarmed by enemies that you can manage. This area is full of them around every single corner. Most of them can be outrun without major issues, but they will keep chasing you.
Going Toward the Goal

Going to the right and jumping over a couple of wooden tables, you’ll find a clear path toward the gate, where a tough enemy will be waiting for you. This particular boss is very difficult to fight. It has a giant sword with a tonne of reach, so you need to deal a lot of damage while keeping a safe distance.
Once you defeat this tough enemy, you can enter the wagon he was guarding and add the Blunderbuss Shotgun to your inventory. This weapon is key for the rest of the game and is one of the most effective weapons at short distances.
