It’s not secret that Alan Wake and Control Resonant are intrinsically linked. The Remedy Connected Universe is a thing of beauty, linking the majority of Remedy’s recent releases in some obvious, and less than obvious, ways. Alan Wake made an appearance in the first game’s DLC, and the Federal Bureau of Control, the governmental branch…
Control Resonant has some weird side missions, that’s just a fact. In fact, it’s not just the side missions. However, one of the more normal, down-to-Earth side stories is Urban Survival, where Dylan finds a few collectibles, and then some mines themselves, showing that the FBC may not be the only ones inside Manhattan trying…
Control Resonant is the latest release from Remedy, responsible for the Alan Wake franchise, among others. The sequel to Control doesn’t let up on the weirdness at all, and the well-hidden secret shop puzzles are the epitome of that. The FBC itself is a highly secretive organisation, so why not throw in a storyline about…
Control Resonant is a game that rewards you for exploring. You’ll have to do a considerable amount during your time finishing up the story anyway, but if you do a little more, you can find all manner of side quests that really push the envelope of Remedy’s weirdness. From teleporting speakers in The Complete Set…
Within Control Resonant there are a lot of chapters and bosses that you will encounter, and the Hedron Parallel is one of these bosses and they can be found rather late in the game, as they are a part of the game’s final chapter, so if you haven’t managed to get to the Unknown yet,…
Control Resonant is a little weird, From teleporting speakers in the Complete Set quest to beautiful dancing boss enemies that’ll just as quickly decapitate you as they will do a beautiful twirl. That’s why a secret society hidden in the back rooms of restaurants and shops isn’t making anyone raise their eyebrows, if anything, it’s…
The weirdness of Control Resonant is plain the see, but if want a perfect example, then The Complete Set quest is probably your best bet. As we take control of Dylan in a broken and bizarre New York City, you might think this quest is nothing out of the ordinary, but by the end of…
Control Resonant probably has some of the most well-hidden and utterly bonkers secrets of any game in 2026. From Altered Items like speakers bouncing about construction sites to a secret organisation that has offices behind shop walls, and one that ISN’T the FBC. If you’re here, you’ve found the Urban Fresh Mart in the West…
Throughout Control Resonant, there are quite a few bosses within the main city that will cause you trouble, but now you will move past New York City to other locations with more Resonance to overcome. Please be warned, there are spoilers regarding important game locations, with places being shown in images. If you have not…
Control Resonant is a game that doesn’t make any secret of just how weird and wonderful it is. Between the Gravity Shifting and the big bosses like The Dancer, or The Deserter, there’s some seriously impressive and unusual moments. One of the more ‘normal’ moments comes during a main mission though, handed out by Arish…
