Hellraiser: Revival is here, and to say it’s a faithful adaptation of Clive Barker’s Hellraiser universe is an understatement. By the time you get to the M359 door puzzle, you’ll have seen full frontal nudity, a sex scene, entered and exited the labyrinth, and seen more than a few tormented and tortured bodies. Now, you’ll have been kidnapped by Marlowe and his cult, and be trying to escape. If you’re here, you might be struggling, but don’t worry, by the end of the guide we’ll have walked you through everything you need to know, so that you can open the M359 door and escape the cult in Hellraiser: Revival.
How to Open the M359 Door in Hellraiser: Revival
After seeing the love of your life Sunny getting taken away by Pinhead and the Cenobites, you’ll wake up in a dingy, dirty, blood covered room with two guys chatting about you like you’re a piece of meat. They hurt you, threaten more, and then leave the room. This is your opportunity to escape. You’ll first need to pull the nail from your hand, the hook from your arm, and using that same hook, sever the stitches joining your other arm to your chest.
Then, get up, leave the room and search the cabinet to your left. Read the notes if you want, detailing surveillance by the Cult on both yourself and Sunny, and then continue on your way through the corridors. It’s a pretty linear path, so difficult to get lost, but even so, keep an eye out for a doorway with what looks to be a mannequin on its left (it’s a real human torso), holding Psalm 101. Head through, and immediately to the left.

You’ll have already come across several bodies that are desiccated and destroyed, and this is no different. This one has a collectible by its side, and without explanation at this point, allows Aiden to dig inside for something.
Against your better judgement, do this, and you’ll find the first of two puzzle pieces which will allow you to open the M359 door. Turn around and leave the room, and a little ahead of you on your right is the door you’re looking for. Place the first piece into the puzzle on the right of the door, and then continue right.
There are multiple rooms around you, but from facing the M359 door, head right down the corridor and through the door at the end. You’ll know you’re in the right place as there will be two bodies joined as one, with angel wings behind.
Again, this is an opportunity to grab the second puzzle fragment from inside the body, and after a particularly gruesome animation, that’s exactly what you will have in your possession. Head back to the door, and just like the first fragment, place it in the slot to the right of the door. As soon as you do, the door will rise up, and you can continue on escaping the cult.
