How to Find the Elevator Key in Hellraiser: Revival

We’re coming to the end of our journey into hell in Hellraiser: Revival. We’ve fought and beaten Charlotte and the Sister of Mercy, both of which we’ve fed their hearts to Sunny, and now we’re hunting Marlowe to do the same thing. Unfortunately, we have the small matter of getting through more puzzles until we can face him.

If you’re here, you’re likely stuck and unsure of where to go, or how to proceed, but by the end of this guide, you’ll know how to open the heart door, and how to get into the elevator in Hellraiser: Revival.

How to Find the Key and Use the Elevator in Hellraiser: Revival

You’ve just escaped the Labyrinth yet again, and while inside it, seen Bruno (revived again!) talk to Marlowe about what’s going on, your recent defeat of Sister of Mercy and what they plan to do to you. You’re tasked with following them by using the elevator, but first, you have to get the key to be able to use it.

You’ll once again chat to Zora about recent events, and have a chance to purchase more recipes from her, amongst other bits, but then when you’re done with her, you’ll want to turn around and head into the warehouse behind you.

The Heart Door

It’s full of Cult members, and they’re packing a punch with their firepower now. Get rid of them and then collect all the items in the building before heading to the elevator. As already mentioned, you need a key to use it, and at this point, the game is very obscure about what to do and where to go.

You likely noticed the door with the heart-shaped hole earlier in the area – that’s where we’re going. Head into the middle of the area where the huge monolith looking statue is, and you’ll notice the smallest Lament Configuration Box-shaped crevice. Solve the puzzle and it’ll open a drawer with the Heart-Shaped Inset inside. Grab it and then go to the door and place it inside the hole.

Head through the door and listen to the conversation that follows, then move left into another warehouse. Aidan makes comment about ‘knowing this handiwork’, and then a crowd of The Unworthy will ambush you. Make your way through this area and outside into the courtyard, where you’ll see a huge statue titled ‘Yearning’, and the next puzzle nearby.

The Missing Bell

After you’ve spotted four bells, you’ll be able to open the gate to your left, bringing you back at the beginning of the area. You may well have found two statues with numbers on their bottoms, and if you’re wondering what these are for, they make up the door code for a door hidden way back at the beginning, which you can find by crouching through a hole in the wall. 1362 is the door code, and inside is a few treasures, crafting components, coins and a weapon upgrade.

Once you’ve gone and picked those up, head back to the bells and then go right, into another warehouse, and what looks like a gun range. Continue through the gun range until you come to a door on your left, and a hole in the floor in front of you. Head down into the hole and follow the short corridor until you come to an open room.

On the right side of this is a box which you can wind up, and a dancer spins whilst losing her skin, and then a drawer opens up with the missing bell you’ve been looking for. Pick it up and then head into the room with the self-opening door, where a familiar face will appear, and the second, and final fight with Bruno will begin.

After the fight you’ll end back in the gun range, so go back to where the bells are and place the missing bell in its slot. Now you have to figure out the puzzle based upon the highlighted words on the plinth beneath (see the photo above for the solution), and then the door to the left will open.

Finding the Elevator Key

This is another linear path, albeit one where the Labyrinth is mixing with our world and causing confusion. You’ll be able to pick up some health and crafting components as you go, but eventually you’ll end up in a room where Aidan comments on the world falling apart. On the right side of this room, where the diamond spinning trap went, is a room containing a locker with a number lock. That’s what the two TVs with numbers are for. The code is 8571.

In the room near one of the TVs is the Prophets Entrance, which when opened will give you access to the final maximum health upgrade, unlocking the ‘There Are No Limits’ trophy/achievement. You need to make the pictures match the surrounding image, which isn’t nearly as hard as it should be, in my opinion.

Move on and you’ll come to the end of the corridor, with two doors. Head into the left door and you’ll find one of Bruno’s exhibits. Before you leave, look to the right of the door and you’ll find a recording, and a VERY missable elevator key. So just to reiterate in case you’re searching all over the place, the Elevator Key is in the Bruno’s TV exhibit room.

Continue on and you’ll end up in the room with the elevator. Nothing seems to have changed, so head outside as if you were going to Zora. Bruno will make an appearance behind you and slither into the elevator. Using the elevator key you just picked up, follow him to continue on the story, but for all intents and purposes, that’s how you get the elevator key in Hellraiser: Revival.

It’s far from a quick or easy journey, but it’s a fun one!
