If you’re familiar with the oddity of anything Jackbox Games brings out, you’ll be wanting to keep an eye on My Arms Are Longer Now when it releases on March 11th, 2027.
Announced today at Nintendo’s Indie World Showcase, the suitably odd game will be launching next year on PC, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch & Switch 2 and XBOX Series X|S.
Playing as a thief, your only objective in My Arms Are Longer Now is to steal as much as possible. Whatever carnage, destruction or inconvenience you choose to cause in the meantime is up to you, but the typical Jackbox Games weirdness is front-and-centre here.
Developed by Toot Games as its debut title, this will be Jackbox Games first foray into publishing, and a fitting one at that. You can steal candy from a baby, trip up people at a garden party, take pets and make them your own? There’s a little something for everyone in this thief simulator masquerading as a puzzle game (in the best way).
The comedy is on full display here, and after Thumb Wars got to check it out at Gamescom, we can safely say the levels on offer allow for a certain amount of sandbox calamity.
