Within Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy, there are quite a few different moth manipulation puzzles that you will want to solve throughout your journey, but there is one specific one we are talking about today, and that is the moth manipulation puzzle based in the convent after your cutscene with Agata, the Bride, and Angelo.
How to Solve the Moth Manipulation Puzzle in Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy

Although you have already learned the Moth Manipulation ability when you find the metronome in the wine cellar, there wasn’t a pillar puzzle inside this area, as it has actually now been moved to this area, where you will have to use your Moth Manipulation ability and some buttons once again to pause the pillars in the correct position so you can move forward with the game.
Once you arrive in the convent, you will need to empty the room with the mirrors that you spawn in and head to the regular double doors that you normally would, as they will already be open this time around, but there is also some lore hidden in the spawn room, and by the door you walk past, so make sure you don’t miss it.
Now that you have gone through the double doors, you will see the picture of the nuns on a pedestal; again, this isn’t really part of the puzzle, but it is great lore, and you would be silly to miss it.
After you finish with that, you can walk down the stairs to find the pillars and buttons right in front of you, but this time the puzzle is a lot simpler to complete.
What you will first need to do is head over to the rotating pillars, as one of them has a moth hive placed on it where you will need to take the moths using Moth Manipulation and remove the cocoon that is on the buttons.
Once you do this, you will now be able to begin pressing the buttons to stop the pillars as they move. You will want to stop the pillars, as the lit-up torches are facing you, and that is all you need to do, as once this is done, you will be granted a cutscene of a cross with Jesus burning in a fire as more lore is dropped before moving into the next area of the game.
