Stupid Never Dies is full throttle now. You’re mowing your enemies down like cannon fodder, moving through the layers, and levelling up like mad. You’ll have just made your way through the three items needed to gain access into Duke Dragul’s castle, and upon offering them up on their pedestals, gained access to the main…
Mortal Shell 2 took the world by storm when it released two months ago, with rave reviews across most outlets, including our own. At the time, players wondered why we hadn’t gotten a Photo Mode in the game, especially considering the beautiful vistas and chaotic combat encounters it offered. Thankfully, Playstack have remedied that, with…
Stupid Never Dies has given us vampires, werewolves, and now a guitar playing Brit who talks all funny and wants to be a lone wolf in the fight against KOM and Co. You’ll meet Dullahan a few times throughout the campaign, but you’ll only have to fight him properly twice, albeit the first time is…
After you’ve met Dullahan for the second time in Stupid Never Dies, Doc Steiner and Acelino will make you aware of what you need to do to get anywhere near Duke Dragul. Unfortunately, it’s a three-pronged quest that’ll require you to find, or steal, three different items, all of which are rare and hard to…
By now, you should understand the finer points of what Stupid Never Dies is. You’ve explored a few dungeons, upgraded yourself a little, and done it all again and then some. Now, you find yourself up against a flying fire beast of a boss, the Wyvern. If you’re here, you’re likely struggling, but by the…
Stupid Never Dies certainly has a slow start, but now you’re beginning to meet the bosses of the game like Afreet, it certainly hots up. You see what I did there? Afreet is the first proper boss of the game, and offers a new challenge you wouldn’t have faced before. Gone are the easily massacred…
Stupid Never Dies is starting to pick up the pace at this point. You’ll have well and truly finished the tutorial, made your way through all the mechanics, met the Phoenix, beaten Surtr R.S, and now be on your way to trying to find a cure for Julia’s ailment. And then enters Count Vlad, the…
Developed by GPTRACK50, Stupid Never Dies is a roguelike involving the world coming to an end, with humanity, zombies and mythological monsters alike all suffering at the hands of KOM, or the King of Monsters. Taking control of our resident zombie Davy, we go on an adventure with our rag-tag team of monsters, zombies and…
Continuing Stupid Never Dies trend of being weird and wonderful after the fight with the Phoenix, we’ve made it to Layer 9 of the dungeon and we’ve encountered KOM, or at least, so we thought. While not surprising to us in the slightest, the boss in front of us here, that Davy believes is KOM,…
Stupid Never Dies is certainly unique. Featuring Davy, a weak, cowardly zombie that has to work his way through dungeon after dungeon, all in the name of love (and some serious upgrades), it doesn’t pull back when it comes to weirdness. That certainly applies with one of the game’s early boss fights, The Phoenix, but…
