Not long after you’ve found the Forest Outpost Courtyard Key in Phantom Blade Zero, you’ll come across and have to explore a mountain lodge, with some severely unsettling screams coming from beneath them. To get down there, if you’d even want to, you need to find the Crimson Forest Cellar Crank.
As you’re here, you’re obviously struggling to locate it, but don’t worry, that’s what we’re here. By the end of the guide, you’ll know exactly where the Crimson Forest Cellar Crank is, and how to get there.
Crimson Forest Cellar Crank Location
This is another one of those keys in Phantom Blade Zero that is so obvious and close that you’ll kick yourself for not finding it sooner. However, in your defense, it’s also well hidden and on the other side of a poisonous cloud you may not have thought wortwhile even looking through.
To find the Crimson Forest Cellar Crank, you’ll need to do the following:
- From the bottom floor, where the socket for the crank is, head right and around the back of the building.
- Go through to the back garden, finding the Bell.
- Turn 180 and climb the ladder.
- You’ll see a large room with green poisonous gas. Head inside and then sprint to the balcony on the right.
- The Crimson Forest Cellar is here.
Now you have the crank, you’ll want to head below back to the socket, placing it inside and opening up the previously locked grate into the cellar.
If you hadn’t figured it out yet, you’ll surely realise this location is a part of the Secrets of the Baishan Sect Tale you received from the sisters on the Bridge just outside the Thieves Camp.
