Are you finding Atomfall difficult? Struggling to find the right weapon or keycard for the situation? How about missing a key recipe? Well, no matter the issue, we have everything answered to make the game easy for you. In this guide, we’ll explain exactly where you can find the Combat Stim Recipe, what you need to craft it, and what it does.
EDITOR’S NOTE |
---|
There are multiple locations of the recipes in Atomfall, so depending on your playstyle, you may have already found the recipe below. This is just one location available. |
Combat Stim Recipe Location
When you’re exploring Skethermoor in Atomfall, one of the more dangerous locations, you’ll come across a place called the Protocol Workshop, located at 38.0E, 77.4N. This Workshop is FILLED with Protocol Guards, so prepare for a lot of combat.
Once you’ve made your way through the flood of enemies, you’ll be able to explore the bunker to your heart’s content and find all of its hidden secrets, including Training Stimulants and a particularly useful Combat Stim Recipe.

To find the Combat Stim Recipe, you’ll want to make your way into the B.A.R.D mechanic area, which you’ll be able to identify by the numerous half-built/broken down B.A.R.D robots, general machinery, and tools littered around the area. It looks like what a garage would, but with robots, essentially.
Combat Stim Recipe Ingredients and Effects
The Combat Stim Recipe does what it says on the tin, and, upon using it, will briefly make you a far more fearsome and daunting opponent for many. It gives you a melee damage buff, increasing the melee damage you can dole out to those you encounter. To craft it, you’ll need:
- Herbs – 4/4
- Water – 3/3
- Glass – 3/3
- Chemicals – 2/2
Now you know the Combat Stim Recipe location and its effects, you’ll be able to craft it whenever you find the slightest bit of trouble. Whether you’re fighting human enemies or Protocol Mechs, you’ll want to try and find this early on to make the rest of the game a relative walk in the park for yourself.
Beyond the Combat Stim, there are plenty of other recipes you’ll need to find, including the Poison Bomb, Sticky Bomb, and Nail Bomb, all must-finds for aggressive attacks, or the Strange Tonic, something you’ll want to see for yourself.
