Are you finding Atomfall difficult? Struggling to find the right weapon or keycard for the situation? How about missing a key recipe? Well, no matter the issue, we have everything answered to make Atomfall easy for you. In this guide, we’ll explain how to find the Greenhouse Hut key, so that you can get into the most secret area of the Garden Centre, and start one of the most fun leads in the game.
How to Get the Greenhouse Hut Key
On your exploration of the various places in Atomfall, you’ll quickly realize that there’s a lot you’re allowed to find on your own, and that includes the contents of the Greenhouse Hut, as well as finding the Greenhouse Hut Key itself.
If you happen to find yourself in the Garden Centre (you will at some point), you’ll want to get into the Greenhouse Hut. Doing this is relatively easy, although does boast some irritating enemies to dispatch.
To get in the Greenhouse Hut, turn around and face one of the many desolate houses in Atomfall, directly opposite. It’ll look like you can’t enter, but approach the boarded-up door and climb over and through, landing in the dark and dank house. Almost immediately, you’ll be attacked by two swarms of rats. Make sure you kill these pests quickly, and destroy their nest, then head to the back right area of the house and look on the wall, where you’ll find the Greenhouse Hut Key hanging up.
Return to the Greenhouse Hut and open the door. At first glance, you’ll figure it wasn’t worth the effort, but after collecting the meager offerings, you’ll notice one of the game’s many collectibles on the wall, a note ‘We Are Waiting For You’ – this will begin ‘Infiltrators’, one of the game’s sidequests. If you follow this lead to its eventual end, you’ll come across the location for one of the many recipes in the game, the Nail Bomb.
