Across the entire DMZ Hajin map, there will be several Lieutenants and Commanders to defeat in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. These characters work as a kind of bosses for the map, offering money rewards, special equipment, and weapons. There are 10 Lieutenants and 3 Commanders to defeat.

You need to follow a couple of steps to find each and every one of them. This is a complete guide on how to access each of them and what rewards they offer.

Who are these bosses, and how are they divided between Lieutenants and Commanders?

First, you have to know that every Lieutenant in the DMZ mode of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 grants a 10K reward, but only once. As for the Commanders, they offer a one-time reward of 25K. All of them leave behind a dog tag, as well as special weapons and even a possible blueprint.

These items will be useful for challenges and other activities. They are all designed to be killed as a team, as they are heavily armored and deal a lot of damage with their weapons.

Gorani

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 DMZ - Gorani

To access this Lieutenant, you need to complete the challenge objectives of the story missions in DMZ. You need to complete the chapters called The Underground, Counterfeit, and Human Intel. Then, you will get the intel on the boss board at the FOB.

Once you’ve unlocked the intel, you can access a boss tower on the map and get the location of the boss you need to hunt down. However, this particular boss can commonly be found at Mujin Pass. Besides the 10K, the reward is a custom MAR-9 marksman rifle.

The Chemist

The steps to find this particular Lieutenant are almost the same as those for Gorani. You need to complete The Underground, Counterfeit, and Human Intel chapters. As always, the reward is 10K and a possible legendary blueprint for the Oris 8.6 marksman rifle.

Jin-Tae

There are two ways to locate this Lieutenant. One is by completing the Counterfeit chapter in the DMZ challenges, which will unlock the intel about this boss. You can also complete Operation Silent Ledger from the story missions, where you’ll face Jin-Tae in the middle of the mission. He can also be found at the Heavenly Luck Casino. The reward is 10K and the blueprint for the Nightshade ISO SMG.

The Doctor

To access The Doctor’s intel, you need to complete the Human Intel chapter of the DMZ challenge orders. He can be found at Mirae General Hospital. He offers a 10K reward, a key to his office, and the blueprint for the Patriot XMR assault rifle.

Bale

With this Lieutenant, you also need to complete the Counterfeit, Human Intel, and The Underground chapters. He can be found at the Re-Education Center. Besides the 10K, you can get the Type 73 LMG.

Iskra

Complete the same challenges required for the majority of Lieutenants: Human Intel, Counterfeit, and The Underground chapters. She can be found at the Cheonwang Peak Array. You can get the 10K and the Warlord shotgun.

Scavenger

Unlock the intel about this Lieutenant by completing the Human Intel, Counterfeit, and The Underground chapters. Then, he can be defeated by lurking around defeated enemy operators, making justice to his name. This means that you need to wait for your chance. Alongside the 10K reward, you can get a special Oris 8.6 marksman rifle.

Roze

For this Lieutenant, you only need to complete The Underground chapter of the DMZ orders. DBN Headquarters is where you can find this boss. You can get a legendary blueprint for the Astaroth .57 sniper rifle and the 10K reward.

Jang-Ui

This Lieutenant also requires you to complete all three previously mentioned chapters to unlock his intel. He can be found at the Netshin Tech Complex. Besides the 10K reward, you can get the Hyeon Burst assault rifle.

Warden

The three chapters must be completed to access the Warden intel and get some information about the boss. You can find this boss at The Citadel. He can reward you with a legendary blueprint for the X-58 NYX SMG.

Colossus

As for the Commanders, the system is completely different. Their appearances are random, and they can spawn in different locations throughout the map. Colossus, for example, can spawn at Chang-Sang Air Base, The Citadel, North Korean Wilderness, South Korean Wilderness, Song-do Wharf, and Cheongun Village.

As soon as Colossus spawns in any of these locations, you will receive an in-game notification, and his location will appear on the map. Besides the 25K, he will reward you with Military Composites, a special bunker access card, a ton of experience, and an LTV.
