Stupid Never Dies continues to send you into the dungeons for the weirdest stuff. We’ve just lost Julia and Zaza to the core layer of the dungeons thanks to KOM, and now we’re hunting down Brain Cores to make our own way there. The question is though, how do you get them?

How to Gather the Brain Cores in Stupid Never Dies
Dullahan, Aceline and Goyle all agree that the only way to get to the core layer of the dungeon is to find the Brain Cores, which inconveniently are attached to the bosses you’ve encountered time and again, and always at ridiculous layers of the dungeons. Oh, and you have to get all of them. How many is all of them? Well, that’s not known when you start out on this latest quest.
Your first dive into the dungeon will see you heading all the way down to Layer 31, where you’ll encounter your very first Brain Core enemy. You can choose from five, so pick a boss you feel comfortable beating, or one you know that’s weak to the Styles you have on hand. Get rid of them, take the Brain Core, and go back to the mall and hand it in to Goyle and Co.
Now, another dive. In total, you’re going tk have to do five dives into the dungeon. Each time you’ll bring back a core, and each time the deepest layer will get deeper. By the end of your fifth dive, you’ll have beaten the five main bosses up till now:
Once you’ve done the five dives and beaten the bosses and grabbed their brains, you’ll return to Acelino and Co and then have to find Dullahan, who has also been looking for Brain Cores of his own. You’ll now need to go back into the dungeon, all the way down to Layer 36, until you come across Dullahan in a open area.
While you now have all the Brain Cores you need, and can finally make your way to the Core Layer to confront KOM again, you’ll have a cutscene and an unfortunate boss fight with Dullahan to deal with.
Now you know how to find the Brain Cores in Stupid Never Dies, and have had to see yet another companion of Davy’s die. He’s becoming somewhat of a cursed object of his own, to be honest.
