Control Resonant is an open world game, a sequel to the 2019 sleeper hit Control, from the same studio, Remedy. A game very out of the ordinary, you’ll be likely looking around at all the madness going on and feeling a little lost in some regards.
It has a mammoth 50 trophies to unlock, and with it being such a huge game with a lot to uncover and find, there’s a large chance you’ll likely miss a few, but don’t worry, we’ll help where we can. In this guide, you’ll find the quickest and easiest way to unlock the trophy ‘Up to the Task’ in Control Resonant.
How to Unlock Up to the Task in Control Resonant
The trophy ‘Up to the Task’ requires you to complete a World Feat in Control Resonant. There are a multitude of different ways to do this, and a lot of World Feats you might encounter on your travels as they’re all sprinkled throughout the world you’ll explore. Add in the fact a lot of them are one and done, and failable too boot, it’s not a slam dunk trophy.
One click and you're done. Thank you!
The earliest and most fun example of a World Feat will be during the main story mission ‘Evacuation Procedures’. Whereas others are in the world signified by a elliptical map marker, where you’ll fight HISS, or find a cloned item etc, this is by far the most… weird and unexplained World Feat in the opening moments. You’ll be tasked by Zoe to head over to the Evacuation Zone to find out what is chasing the tremors, and after some investigating, end up having to destroy three heavy enemies to stop them feeding the forcefield of a building you need to get into.

Once you’ve done this, and the forcefield is gone, you’ll be able to walk into the lobby and report the situation to Zoe. Before you progress any further though, head behind the reception desk and interact with the FBC terminal, which will come to life, and a faceless person who refuses to identify themselves will begin talking to you. They’ll offer the chance to help them, but you can quit at any time. If you want the Up to the Task trophy, don’t quit.
They will ask you three questions, each which has the same three answers to choose from. Follow the route below.
- Question 1 – We were told the lockdown was because of the Hiss. Is this true? Answer: Yes.
- Question 2 – Is Jesse Faden alive? Answer: Yes.
- Question 3 – Was there a coup at the FBC? Answer: No.
And that is it, there’s nothing else to do. If you’ve answered the above answers, the trophy will pop, the FBC terminal will shut off, and you can carry on without a clue as to what has just happened.
