Control Resonant is the latest release from Remedy, responsible for the Alan Wake franchise, among others. The sequel to Control doesn’t let up on the weirdness at all, and the well-hidden secret shop puzzles are the epitome of that. The FBC itself is a highly secretive organisation, so why not throw in a storyline about another secret society that is watching them? There’s a chance you’ve already found the Urban Fresh Mart, or the Downtown Atlantis restaurant puzzle, but this one is slightly different. We’ll walk you through the three stages to the Park Atlantis Restaurant puzzle, and make it far easier than the game makes it for you.
The Park Atlantis Restaurant Coffee Puzzle Solution
As with the other shop puzzles, these are well hidden throughout the game. This one is in a difficult to get to restaurant in The Park, the area that houses The Collective Resonant, a Mold boss that’ll make life difficult for you, the Carbon Copy meta-commentary quest, and so much more. To ensure you can get around the area easily, you’ll want to get both the Gravity Shift and Reach ability before attempting to explore. Once you’ve gotten them, head to the bottom right area of The Park, which will be easier to get to after the Carbon Copy quest.

You’ll see the Atlantis Restaurant lit up, albeit surrounded by Mold enemies. Beat them as quickly as you can – use Ignite or Inferno, Mold hates fire – and then head on in. As mentioned already, there are three stages to this particular puzzle. If you explore the restaurant, you’ll come across multiple letters that you need to pay attention to, from a list detailing regular customers orders, to the cost of individual drinks. On the six tables are what drinks they have. You’re probably beginning to put this together.
The first stage is paying attention to the table numbers on the ‘regulars reservation’ list – 1542. Don’t rush off to the till just yet though, there’s more to do. Now, head over to the four tables listed, 1, 5, 4, and 2, and take a note of the drinks listed on their tables. For quickness:
- 1, Iced Coffee
- 5, The Spiciest Chai
- 4, Espresso
- 2, Caramel Latte
You’re almost there, and now comes the third stage. On the menu leaflet, there is the same list of drinks as those mentioned above, with prices, and crucially, letters next to them. Take the letters from the four drinks and put them in the same order as 1542, which gives you BDAC.
This is the code you need for the till, so after all of that, head behind the counter and interact with it, entering the code. You’ll hear a hefty mechanical sound as the wall on your right moves and opens, allowing you to the secret room behind, and the collectibles and Health upgrade within. This secret room looks different to the others, and thanks to someone called Larry, it turns out it”s because the site has been compromised. Either way, you’ve now completed the Park Atlantis restaurant coffee puzzle, and made light work of it. There’s more out there though, so go find them!
